The Club began over 10 years ago when founder Len Judge formed a Junior and Senior Team to compete in local Leagues. Quickly, the news spread throughout the local area and the club saw an influx of kids interested in becoming hockey players. Since that time, the club has developed a reputation for having a strong and successful development policy. This has been running for over 5 years now, and many of the current players first started in the development sessions which are still held at Glossop Lesiure Centre every week. The club is affiliated to BIPHA. (British Inline Puck Hockey Association) and play in the North West Region at Salford. In addition, the Club is also affiliated to GBHI (Great Britain Hockey Inline), playing games in the Flintshire Region at Deeside. Devils Teams include Under-10s, Under-12s, Under-14s, Under-16s, Under-18s, Under-21s and Seniors. In recent years, the Club has enjoyed success at National as well as Regional level, winning the U10 National Finals for 2 successive years and following that with the U12 National Finals last year. In addition, the Club is proud to have a number of Players representing Great Britain at different ages. Glossopdale Devils now boasts over 60 Players and the Club is on course for more success this Season.
